Change is in the law of life. And those who look only to the past or to the present are certain to miss the future."
John F Kennedy.
Have you felt the change in the air, more than the change of season? This is the beginning of optimism. To put yourself in the best position, you must adopt John F Kennedy's advice and look to the future.
We are currently undertaking tax planning meetings. This process is more than looking at options to reduce your tax but more importantly an opportunity to reassess your profitability and financial security and make the necessary adjustments to set a fresh course to head towards your goals.
We urge you to take the time to meet with us and undertake a Business Focus Session.
BUSINESS FOCUS SESSION
A Business Focus session gives you a structured process to review your business performance.
When you're feeling physically unwell you would normally approach your Doctor for a diagnosis and possible remedy by way of prescription and/or referral.
Well in business it is not dissimilar.
The business focus session not only allows us to review your potential tax position and recommend strategies. We can also examine cash flow and profit issues, whilst maintaining a focus on the overall performance.
The review will provide a list of action steps. We can then keep you accountable.
HOW DOES IT BENEFIT MY BUSINESS?
We often hear comments like... "My accountant never tells me how I can improve my business" or "I have tax to pay but don't have the cash, it can't be right".
The benefit of a focus session can include:
- Uncovering the possible cause of current financial difficulties
- Setting future direction
- Understanding profitability and cash flow. What impact the next sale will have on your cash position
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Fees can range dependent upon the scope of work agreed to. Fees can range from $500 to $1,650 (GST incl). A fixed fee will be agreed prior to work commencing.
Here are a few comments from some of our own clients:
- "We now have a clear focus on where we are going."
- "I now understand where my cash in going."
- "No tax surprises."
Please contact your accountant and/or Manager to arrange an appointment.
